My mom had a window that blew out in a wind storm and the pivot pins broke. I called Ameri-Craft and Roy answered. What a breath of fresh air. He told me how to fix it myself to save $ and sent me new pivot pins. Unfortunately I had to have a service call anyway. But he gave me names, #'s, where to look for info on window so I could get somebody out fast. Two thumbs up for very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
