On my Rheem AC unit that was 3 years old, fan motor stopped working.
I reached out to Keith and from very moment, he was very professional, courteous and helpful. He even picked up replacement motor before came to my house. Performed services beyond my expectation for a reasonable charge. If I can give 6 starts, I would. I highly recommend him and I will always reach out to him for any AC services.

Just had an entire 3 ton system installed by Pro Cool's installers Kyle and Will. Awesome job! Arrived early and finished in the amount of time we were told. Price for the Trane system and install was the best I could find and the quality of the work was outstanding. Highly recommend and will be using them to replace my other units when we are ready. Thanks!

ProCool replaced a 3 ton split system for me in October 2020.
I was given 2 options based on my needs between Rheem and Trane. ProCool has some of the best pricing for Rheem installs and based on my experience between Brad and Keith it was superb.
The install team was prompt and professional and got it knocked out quick for us.
5/5 stars and would highly recommend.

After reviewing many AC companies in Houston, and having several techs out to look at my old AC unit, Procool could not be beaten. Our AC went out after 3 repairs in the last year. I had grown to question the company I was using for repairs and decided it was time to get another company involved. I reached out to Brad with Pro Cool and I am so thankful I did. They came quickly and installed a whole new unit. The two guys that handled the install were extremely knowledgeable and showed me several things that I had paid for previously that were not installed or done properly. Thankfully, I feel completely confident that Pro Cool did a good job and our house is finally comfortable. No more hot spots! Oh and I even got one of

I just had Procool replace a 3.5 ton unit in Austin, complete with gas furnace. They provided a quote very fast over phone and email, where available to install it soon. And I got a 16 seer unit for little more than a 14 seer one.
Kyle and Will did the install in half day, very professional team, and took care of cleaning the area they worked on and leave it as it was before.
I had other local quotes that were either higher for lesser brands, or similar cost but lower efficiency. All in all they provided the best overall value in brand, efficiency, and cost.

Their price is hard to beat, that I'll give.
However, didnt seem like they completely test out the systems they replaced before they left, thus they didnt catch the significant temperature difference in some rooms. Although just a minor ductwork was the cause, getting them to come back seemed reluctant on their part being they're based more than an hour away from where I live.

We got a new system from pro cool and have been very pleased with the results. Reasonable price and the house stays nice and cold! Robert and his helper were very professional and timely. The house was left spotless and they even helped me install the nest app on my phone. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!

Post Harvey this company replaced our AC units after in depth research many estimates and feeling completely lost we opted to use this small business from North Houston
There were several reasons we chose to use ProCool first they responded quickly and promptly answered questions and concerns through the entire process
Secondly their price couldn't be beat ...there wasn't a huge internet presence for this company but they have satisfied customers just ask them
We saved at least 40% on overall cost possibly more depending on which company we chose to use
Pro Cool asked for nothing up
