This company is bar far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely rude, and have zero compassion for any human being. Every single rep I have spoken to has a horrible attitude, or has an issue with listening. Their favorite things to do are cut people off while talking, assume they know what is going on in your life, make rude comments, and have attitude. I only remember 2 names; Patricia, and Ariana. However if you call you will get another one of their rude employees. Do NOT do business with this company.

This place has harassed me montly, sometimes, the same day payment was due. They attempt their drafts/debits from accounts very shortly after midnight, Arizona time. Large financial institutions are on the East coast(Wells, Chase, etc). They don't update daily and direct deposits until 5:30 or 6, East coast time, 2:30 or 3 Arizona time. I bought my car on the 4th of July. I was told my payment would come out on the 4th of every month, at the time I purchased my vehicle from the Auto Now, lot, in South Phoenix. I have spoken to, emailed, and even faxed documentation to reps, supervisors

Got a vehicle from here and not even a month of having the vehicle the engine and radiator went out on the car. They lied the whole entire time did not want to help me until I threatened legal action. NOW true fix has my vehicle and I paid for the repairs. The manager stated they would defer the car payments and NOW that the car is ready I have to back pay all the car payments in order to get my vehicle which was not what we discussed at all. Everything is recorded and documented and they still will not follow through on there end. This was the WORST decision ever getting a car from them!

Idk if this is a company or what it is. I take full responsibility for jumping the gun. I needed a car for my family and to get to work. I understood there would be a high interest rate. However, I didn’t know how unprofessional, poor Customer service and disrespectful a company could be. They have no desire to help you due to having medical leave from work, if you get sick and can’t work, death in the family, it doesn’t matter what it is. They will not work with you at all. I was on medical leave for two month. I tried doing the best I could in making some type of payment towards my car

I did business with this finance company and it was a big mistake I spoke to 6different employee''s there and everyone of them lied to me they kept adding money to my payments in 2 days it went from 345$to 1015$ believe me when I say this, this company is crooked,there employee's will lie to you and try and talk you into giving more..but me and my wife caught on to them and we gave the middle finger...do not do business with this finance company ..

Man let me tell you.. The people here have helped me ALOT at first it was a struggle i was in tears trying to figure out what to do. And the moment i got on the phone with the Manager Karen Alvarez she worked with me thru it all. Of course i still had to pay my paymnt but man thus women is so understanding and kind and patient. You have know idea Karen how much i appreciate you đź–¤ thank you so much from me and my son Mathew.
