Caesar's Italian Delicatessen

Caesar's catered our wedding and the food was amazing! Their catering is italian food, pastas, ravioli, tri tip, chicken, etc. The process of picking our food was easy and delicious, they let us taste all the options before deciding. Their garlic chicken is delicious. Would definitely hire them to cater again!!!

I needed to feed 40 people for a company function down south. Not only did they package everything perfectly so the sandwhiches didnt get soggy, the food was AMAZING. I had people from up north and down south asking where I got the food so they could try. The desserts were deltectable. I couldnt have asked for better service. S C E managers were impressed. Thanks you for top notch service and quality.

Very dry ans cold. Hard bread. For the price, I've had better sandwiches at subway. They used to be way better. Must be the sandwich maker.

Ceasers always delivers. Pickled Tongue sandwich, Ceasers special, some sweet peppers. Off the menu sandwich chicken chipotle is amazing.

Love Caesar's Deli!! I've been coming here since high school and I've never been disappointed! The array of sandwiches is great, fresh deli meats, the salads, the wine, desserts, the small market selection it's like a mini one stop shop!! You get points on every visit towards future visits that you can use for other sandwiches, sides, drinks, etc, pretty cool!! Love it! Gotta try it you won't be disappointed 💯

This Is our go to spot for top quality lunch meat, salami, and cheeses. The buffalo cheese is awesome. All of the deli case items are amazing. Just be aware that the pickled tongue can sell out.

Caesar's Deli has been a staple in my personal and professional life for more years than I care to mention! Consistently delicious and the customer service is always spot on. In recent months, I appreciate the effort Caesars is putting forth in protecting the health of their patrons and employees. Well done!

We ordered a. Sandwich from Caesars Italian delicatessen and it was a very disappointment it was soggy and tasteless it was worse than any Burger King sandwich very Disappointing

Had the pickled tongue sandwich and it was awesome! Bought three kinds of deli meat by the pound. It too was great. Bought some extra fresh rolls and they were really good. Everything was really great and the service was great. The prices are the best in Bakersfield. I just found one of my favorite places to eat great sandwiches. I can't wait to try all of the other good food that they offer. I totally recommend this business!!!!

Fantastic service!!! I am so impressed with the staff standing up to patrons who either can't read or can't follow public health and safety guidelines!!! Of course the food is consistently good, but I was grateful and in awe of the sweet employees who stood up to two grown men who could not be bothered to wear masks. They likely felt emboldened because they live a middle-aged, entitled life, but I hope they stay home and make their own sandwiches from here on out. Thank you Caesar's, thank you!

This was my first time here and I was looking forward to a good sandwich. Unfortunately, for me it was just ok. Walking in they enforce social distancing and mask, so that earns a star right there. I wasn't feeling good that day so I walked in saw the menu and had my hubby do the orders and pay while I went and sat outside. Ninety percent of the time I order pastrami and this one fell very short for me, thin and stringy. Just not what I am used to. The sub sandwich bread has sesame seeds all over it. I can't eat and seeds, nuts etc, so it did save me the carbs and I threw that away

Very filling and yummy sandwiches, soups and salads. They make bread fresh daily so it is a must to try it with the wide range of meats and cheeses. They also do meals for 10 plus people which is perfect for a party or office event if any kind with many options to choose from. Caesars also offers outdoor dining, pickup, and in store pick up and ordering.

Loved stopping in this little shop, they have a good selection for such a small shop. Just got cold cuts, but plan on getting one of their meals soon.

This place usually doesn't fail me. But as of the past couple months I don't know if Covid has changed stuff inside the business, but a lot less friendly and a lot more forgetful of the little things that really bring the quality of the food to the 5 star aspect like it was previously.

I went in today to pick up an order but I stood by the door at first because I was looking for a designated pickup spot for Uber/door dash/Postmates.
A random customer #1 told me I had to get in line which I found strange. I went up to the cashier asking her if a delivery service employee had to wait in line. She said no and that she would bring me the order I was picking up.
As I stood there waiting for the food customer #2 told me to get in line. I had already been helped so I explained to her that I worked for a delivery service.

We went for a covid-style lunch date. Caesar's has a lovely patio with a nice water fountain. The tables were adequately spaced and were shaded. We called in our order and it was ready for us when we arrived. Ordered one sandwich combo and a second sandwich. Final cost was around $17 plus tip.

We shared a meatball sandwich and a deep pit beef sandwich. The meatball sandwich tasted okay, but the deep pit beef was phenomenal. I am still thinking about this sandwich days later. The flavor was great but it was also so incredibly lean. I don't like eating fatty meats and often end up picking

This particular deli is one of my favorites, they're always courteous and get you your order in a timely manner. It's my lunchtime go too.

The sandwiches are OK. More bread than I prefer. Really nothing special about it. I got the smoked turkey and my husband got the Cesar. We found it on yelp driving through Bakersfield. It's too far out of the way. There must be better sandwiches here in this town. Service was quick and there are outside tables which is handy. If I could I'd get this 3 1/2 stars but anyway....

Thank your for taking Social Distancing serious! Caesars Deli has gone out of the way to make sure they are abiding by the new mandate. Same great food, same great service, same friendly faces. I totally appreciate the staff nicely asking patrons to please put on a mask upon entering! Nice setup of 5 or 6 tables outside next to the fountain. We asked if they sanitized after every meal and were told "yes." 3njoyed a great lunch outside!

We ordered take-out from the catering menu for a Father's Day dinner at home. The lasagna was amazing! Just make sure your oven is big enough to fit the pan for the x-large if you order it cold to heat at home. Ours was too small and we had to improvise by dividing it up in smaller pans. We also ordered the italian salad, veggie tray and deviled eggs. The food was amazing and it made for a great meal!

The great staff here always helps me out with the party platters. Always a huge hit at the cigar club. Lunchtime can only mean one thing pastrami sandwich and a cup of clam chowder. So good. So

The Venice sandwich was delicious, we really enjoyed the ambiance in front of the water fountain. The crushed ice it's a very important part of the trip it makes the coca cola taste just a bit more delicious.

Yikes....tonight I'm sure the business profited but the customers were failed.

This wasn't my first experience at Caesar's and I'll say the food isn't bad, it's probably a solid 3 stars. Tonight thought my God did management/owners fail. I put in my catering order 5 days ago for tonight for Christmas Eve dinner. We ordered Ravioli, Penne, Lasagna, and Salad. I set my pickup time for 2:30pm and arrived at 2:20pm.

I was very disappointed with my experience on my last visit. Went in to get my regular veggie sandwich and it was one of the most pitiful excuses I have ever seen. The bread was thicker than the veggies inside and it was missing the avocado. When I brought it to the manager's attention she did not seem to care or be concerned with the horrible product. It seems this location is going down the drain. The tables are consistently dirty, the service is sub par, and now the food is horrible? Another great little gem tucked away inside a shopping center. They have clean almost rustic interior. A big deli style glass counter where you can see all of their fresh meats stacked on display. Prices are pretty good too! I ordered a hot pastrami (it was that or the lasagna). The sandwich was great, had all the fixins' and was filling without being too big as too stuff me. Outdoor seating with a big nice water fountain just outside. I would certainly come again soI could try the lasagna!

Caesar's catered my wedding this weekend at the Rose Garden estates and I could not be happier with my experience.

The food arrived promptly and was absolutely DELICIOUS! Literally everybody at the wedding complimented on the food and asked where it came from. People had 2nds, 3rds, probably 4ths and I still have a weeks worth of food leftover!

I also wanted to compliment on the tasting that the owner had set up for us before the actual wedding.
He went above and beyond.

I like sandwiches a lot. I previously frequented the other Caesar's Deli downtown until it closed.

With a gift certificate in my pocket and armed with the Eat24 app I was uber prepared to eat a sandwich. Ordering was a breeze with the app. The only confusion was that they will add an additional 1.75 to your order if you want a side and a drink. The sides are pretty small (think, ranch cup small) so order wisely.

You know the feeling when you crave a food so bad that you just have to have it? Well, I had a craving for pickled tongue!! Pickled tongue?? Yup, pickled tongue! Not many places carry this particular item. I always go to a Basque restaurant for pickled tongue. This time I decided to go to Caesars Italian Delicatessen. Remembered that they have Pickled Tongue sandwich on their menu.
