Goldsmiths features an ultrasonic cleaning process that cleans your jewelry without affecting fragile pieces. Simply put, your jewelry will look amazing after our cleaning services are complete. All production work is done in house from start to finish. The people creating your jewelry are highly trained professionals with decades of experience. We are not here to simply sell you an item, we are here to give you exactly what you want. All custom jewelry production is done in house by our goldsmith who has over 30 years experience designing and producing hand crafted jewelry.
We do things differently at Goldsmiths. When creating a custom piece for our customers, it's all about our process of how we make your dreams come to reality. It starts with the consultation. We need to learn about what you are looking for. This is the time when ideas are brought to the table. If you have an idea or an example of something that you like, we encourage you to bring it to the discussion.
A clay mold is made and we fire it into a detailed, exact, and unique tile. Each piece is digitally sculpted from the master impression, similar to the technique artists use to create a coin for currency. At this state custom elements can be added, ie: gemstones, engraving, details such as Celtic patterns along the borders, anything that can be imagined.

After months of searching, I couldn’t find a wedding band that reflected my personality. I decided to get one custom made. Rebecca was an absolute dream to work with- she replied very quickly and was very helpful. I went into the shop, told her about myself and what I was looking for and she designed a beautiful tree branch wedding band that would fit in perfectly with my engagement ring. It was done in a very timely manner and the price well within my price range! For a custom piece you can’t beat the price and outstanding customer service

I popped in last week to see if I could pay them to repair some jewelry of mine that had broken. A lady with a kind smile immediately agreed to look at my jewelry and started fixing it upon seeing it. Even when I pulled out my daughter's favorite dollar store jewelry I was treated great. She didn't even charge me. Next time I am looking to buy some special jewelry, I will definitely buy it here! What an inviting and nice place!

This place is amazing. Took a chain in to be fixed for a necklace. The sales girl was so nice and smiling, (which you don’t always get in retail).Did not hesitate to immediately assist me. Fixed the problem in 5 minutes. AmaZing. As I waited I looked around at the beautiful jewelry, my go to next time I need something .

Goldsmiths is my go to place. The staff there is super passionate about what they do and highly educated in their craft. If they don’t have it they can make it, and they will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. I took my now wife’s Pinterest photos of rings she liked and came in to talk to Goldsmiths about an engagement ring. I am no expert by any means on styles of rings. Rebecca took these ideas and crafted the most beautiful ring I have ever seen, and we made it happen. Always a great experience with Zero pressure to buy unlike most places.

I can’t say enough good things about this jeweler. I’ve gone to them for many services such as ring sizing for me and my husband, custom made wedding band (and surprised me by doing a complimentary rhodium plating on my engagement ring and a cleaning), and buying a necklace chain (they have a great lifetime warranty on their necklace chains so any time it may break you can bring it in and they work with the manufacturer to replace it). But they are more than just a quality jeweler, they have amazing customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, they are exceptionally

My husband purchased our engagement ring there, 5 years ago. It is beautiful! It is white gold, so I needed to get it replated, two years later, along with my year-old wedding-ring. For maybe $80 or so (I forget exact price), they were shipped out and returned within two days! Looking brand new! I even had customers at work congratulate me or ask when the wedding is/was, thinking from the look of the rings, I had just gotten married or engaged RECENTLY.
