My husband ordered flowers from Dale’s Florist receive the order. The flower arrangement in which I received was not the flowers that my husband order. Dale‘s Florist made a flower arrangement with quarter of the flowers are missing. The flowers that made up the arrangement were on their last days. The roses were already turning yellow, one rose did not even have a stem but was shoved in to the arrangement. Flowers were cut so short that they were not even in water. There was so much leatherleaf in the arrangement to make it look full. They literally put “pieces” of leatherleaf

Do not go to this place. I needed one bouquet of flowers for myself for my wedding and had an appointment to go see the designer and I couldn’t make it due to work issues and they stated the person I needed to see wasn’t even there. There was no point in me going. They told me they would get back to me when the designer or whoever was back and this was weeks ago.

I called yesterday to get flowers for my mother, and they were delivered by 9:30am this morning. The arrangement is absolutely stunning. My beautiful father passed away on February 12, 2021 and his Funeral service was on February 27, 2021 he was a veteran of 20 years. I wanted something patriotic to be displayed at his funeral and I needed it to be very special. The swag Dale's Floral made completely exceeded my expectations. Ordered flowers for a friend on Thursday before Mother’s Day. Went into the store and told the owner I wanted the arrangement I just saw a gentleman leaving with. Paid for them. She asked when I would like to pick them up, I said anytime. She said Saturday, I said that’s fine. She said they would be ready Saturday morning, I could get them anytime. I arrived at 1. The arrangement had not been made. I was asked if I had things I needed to do and could I come back later. I told them I was on my way to see my friend. I was told give them about 15 min. The flowers did not resemble what I told them

BAD service and BAD attitude. I ordered online around 12pm yesterday, it was for my host mom birthday. And they called me around 12 sth, I missed their called, and I called back few times, no one pick up the phone. Of cus, they did not delivery anything yesterday. The excuse was, we closed at 1pm. And when I called them this morning, they were like, oh we closed at 1pm yesterday so we did not delivery your flower, if you want you can just cancel the order. WTH! What kind of customer service is that. They only gave me 1 call yesterday

My Daughters order me flowers for Mother’s Day. She picked up a picture of the bouquet asked to have it just like the picture and payed for it. Went to pick up the rude lady couldn’t find the order after money were already pulled from account you Should see what’s I’ve received for $69
Small bouquet flowers are old and do not look anything like the picture not to mention another customer was in the shop arguing because he preordered and pay for pink carnations for the wife and they pretty much told him oh well we out of pink carnations after they took his money.

I have never bought flowers from Dale's before, but my sister and I went in to see if they could make a bow for us in Monday. They were closing but they were nice enough to make a very beautiful bow for us in less then 15 minutes. They were very nice, patient and caring. Thank you very much for helping us.

After having bad service at another florist in the area just two weeks ago for my grandmother's funeral, I called Dale's hoping to have a better experience. My uncle had passed away and I wanted a very nice arrangement for his service. The woman on the phone was quite helpful, as I described to her what I wanted. Upon arriving at the funeral home, however, I was unhappy to discover that the spray was not what I requested. I specifically stated that I didn't want yellow roses because that's what the casket spray would have; I wanted to complement, not compete, with the family

Small store. Very overpriced for the area. Arrangements were ok but not very professional. Felt like I was buying flowers at Walmart but paying Way to much. Side of building is littered with buckets of trash and dead flowers. Felt very little pride in this store. Owner sat at the counter reading a paper never once looked up or spoke to me. Read the other reviews and can agree that flower conditions were not the best. Store was at least clean. Not impressed. So wanted this to be better because it is close.

I ordered flowers for my 2yr old Grandson from this florist...The flowers were to lay beside him in the casket. I was upset over the condition of the flowers the day of the funeral because they were already wilted¬ what I expected for $75.00...The next day on my way back to VA I called to talk to the florist about my dissapointment,although she was apologetic,she was also argumentive on the condition,saying she saw them before they left&they were beautiful...In my opinion they were not beautiful,wilted laying next to my Grandchild!she did offer to send another arrangement to his gravesite
