I was very disappointed with the cabinets I received from Executive Cabinetry. While the door and drawer fronts were okay (aside from the finished being darker than the sample) the cabinet boxes were a nightmare. They were out of rack, many had side panels out of square and they were just sloppily constructed. Three quarters of the cabinets needed some form of rework and some I just took apart and rebuilt. I contacted them, sent pictures but all I received was excuses. As someone who spent a career working in construction, I have installed many cabinets from cheap RTA's to high end custom, these

Executive offers a wide selection of colors and styles at a great price point. As a Kitchen Designer I love the versatility and stability Executive cabinetry offers my customers. They are well made and customer service is easy to work with. They are a affordable cabinet that has door style offerings from modern to traditional.

After dealing with Executive Cabinetry for over 2 years now I must say I have been very impressed with them. The variety of offerings they have and the quality they deliver for price, matches anyone in the business. However what I believe separates them is their Customer Service! No matter how big or small an issue is they take pride in helping you resolve it in an attentive and timely manor.

Cabinets come very poorly packaged, they only cover the face. They do not pay their bills on time. Communication is very poor, can't get anyone to answer the phone or call back. Much better cabinet manufacturers on the market at their price point.

I am a Kitchen and Bath Contractor and I ordered cabs from this company. The cabs showed up unfinished and were stained 2 different colors. I had to finish and stain the cabs on my job site. I filed a dispute on the balance of cabinets and was never informed that the account was ever reviewed until I received a collection notice. I was actively working with a representative when they sent the balance to a collection agency. When I refused to pay the balance plus over 600 in collection fees, Executive agreed to "review" my dispute again but stated I must pay the full balance INCLUDING COLLECTION
