My 84 year old Aunt used Mike's services he was ontime and professional he went above and beyond to help my aunt even going with her to purchase backing board that needed to be replaced upon my visit I noticed imperfections that needed attention I called Mike he answered and came out to check the issues he said he would return he came back and satisfied the issues I would recommend his services to anyone.

Same experience as other reviewers. Michael showed up as expected to clean my gutters, then said he needs to pick up his helper and would be back in 30 minutes.
He never returned, but I didn't bother to call again.
He did try (but failed) to sell me on gutter guards and re-bricking chimney. Hmmmm....

I decided today to look up reviews after several several calls to this company. Started back in July when I called, Mike said he was going on a two week vacation. Call back after that. Well time goes bye and you forget to call. Well been calling him for weeks. In the beginning we played phone tag. Now NO return phone callers at all. He runs a half page ad in the Clipper Magazine then doesn’t live up to it. Save yourself the aggregation and DON’T bother calling this company.

My wife called and scheduled a chimney cleaning for yesterday. A man arrived in their service truck, walked around back to observe the outside of the chimney (from the ground) and said his “guys” are right behind him and would be here to do the job in about 15 minutes. After 2 hours we called and left a message. Called again after another 2 hours, then a 3rd time this morning. No response at all.
Very bizarre.

I called for a chimney inspection. Not only did they NOT go onto the roof and look down the pipe linings they had the guts to ask my 76 year old father for $3500 to reline without properly inspecting everything they NEVER kept appointments causing my father to wait for hours on end without the decency to call to explain. This business should burn in hell for treating seniors this way. I had another company come and actually look down the pipes from the roof! Imagine that. Turns out the pipes are in PERFECT shape with NO relining needed. Cost only $200 to sweep and clean the miniscule debris in
