Realtor.com had put me in touch with a realtor from this agency to look at several houses after the pandemic. We got pre-approved and were ready to find a house. Our agent asked for us to send several homes to look at. I sent him a bunch. We planned to go out a week later. He texts me at 6am on our showing day to tell me none of the houses worked for him to show us and many were either in contract or were in other Counties far away—-okay but why tell me the day of?! Never got back to me, never spoke in person. Very unprofessional.my experience was similar to another review. Probably the same

My son and I inquired about a location in Oneonta. Met with an agent and discussed options. After sending email with proposal I follow up via text to confirm email was received. I was told they would be discussing proposal with owner and they would let me know that day. After two texts following up the agent didn’t even have the decency to respond either way. If the agent did not want to accept the offer he could of at least responded either way. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and it is now two months later and I still can not get the courtesy of a response.

I was very lucky to have met Michele Frazier, who, despite having graduated from Harvard, is a rather pleasant, laid back, and outgoing real estate agent at Benson Agency.
