Mike just completed a broad range of work on a home recently damaged by a renter. He replaced guttering, replaced/repaired and stained missing/damaged doors and trim, patched and retextured a large ceiling hole so expertly I can't detect where the hole was, restored a stairwell bannister, helped me figure out and resolve a landscaping problem, restored paneling removed by the renter, and repaired a light fixture that wasn't even on his list. Mike was prompt and reliable. I had absolute confidence that I could give him access to the property without being there. He maintained clear communication

My wife and I recommend Mike 100%. He went above and beyond the call of duty in installing our new range hood. This was not a simple job by any means, but Mike handled everything with ease and good humor. And unlike too many workers we've used in the past, Mike returns phone calls, answers email, provides written bids, shows up on time and stays on the job until it's completed.

Mike has been an integral part of several Fixer upper projects for us. We've always been pleased, he is dependable, knowledgeable and communicates well. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Mike the last few weeks on 3 different projects at both our houses.
What a wonderful surprise to find such a fine, honest young man to hire! We are seniors, and so much of the time have poor to mediocre experiences with service people.
We plan to use Mike for several other projects between now and Spring. Understand, I do not give repeat business to anyone but the best...but will not hesitate to use Mike's services again.

Mike did a great job working on our deck, we had Mike install retractable blinds on the screened in deck. Mike was professional and on time. I would highly recommend Mike for any project you may need.
