Master Title is the best title company in town. From their customer service and their marketing team to their super quick responses to emails, they are a great title company with great people on staff. Their legal counsel is very responsive and always willing to give advice on title issue questions. We recommend using Master Title for your title insurance. You're in good hands if you do!

What a breath of fresh air! Jessica Berch stepped into her new role with Master Title with enthusiasm and positivity on day one. She is so quick to respond with any request for speakers and has also stepped in with my new agent training with my mortgage representative. She is also very detailed and knowledgeable regarding Title. I feel fortunate to have her assisting me in promoting Master Title in our Matthews Mint Hill branch.

I would like to thank the great Representative from 10/1/2020 . Around approximately 2:00 pm EST I called in to inquire some specific information. The representative was very informative and attentive to my needs in directing me where I needed to go for further assistance.
