PRYD Gymnastics is a USA Gymnastics (USAG) Member Club and we support the guidelines set forth by the national organization. Our team coaching staff is safety-certified, screened with background-checks and hold Professional Memberships with USAG. USAG Team - PRYD Gymnastics supports the national USA-Gymnastics Junior Olympic program guidelines, training and competing Women's level 3-10.

Services
All session fees are due at the time of registration for each session. Gymnasts in the Perham Area Gymnastics Academy Progressive Rec Program are separated by ability. Gymnasts are taught skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble-trak. All gymnasts are evaluated in the middle to end of each session to determine their level for the next session.
