Phyllis and her team are excellent. I highly recommend staging a home before listing. Phyllis has amazing ideas and most of the time works with the clients furniture and accessories so no extra cost to the sellers for furniture rentals. Phyllis and Christie are fantastic. They staged 2 new construction properties for me which both sold for asking or over within a couple of weeks. Phyllis has a wonderful eye and a magic touch. She has staged many homes for me in my real estate business. Sellers have told me that she's the best thing that ever happened to their home. Just sold a beautiful large home that Phyllis staged. She turned it into a buyer's dream home. My seller said if only she had known that her home could look like that, she would have wanted Phyllis to design it from day one. It sold in 6 days in a slow market.
