I had to write a review as I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this store. I was looking for items that I was not familiar with and Stewart went out of his way to help me find all the materials I needed for a large home project. Thank you Stewart and Steelman Ace Hardware! I will be sure to come back for all of my hardware needs. And I will tell my friends and family about my positive experience with Stewart.

Love this store! We bought a Weber grill there, which they assembled & delivered at no additional charge, & also took our old grill away. This is a high end Weber Genesis II. It wouldn't ignite this year. Weber was zero help. I went in & talked with Stuart, Steelman's manager. He immediately called the area Weber rep, who came the next day & fixed it immediately. Wow, what GREAT service!

Needed a special kind of sanding disc for an orbital sander I borrowed from a friend (hook & loop). Stopped by, picked up a 3 pack of 40 grit and a 5 pack of 120 grit. I'm sanding a 9ft. long by1ft. wide oak board making a TV shelf. Steelman's Ace always has what I need and is 8 or 9 miles away. Friendly staff, super helpful, genuinely care about your needs. I go there at least once a week for something.

Nice store. More personalized service than you can get at the mega stores. Good paint section. Excellent RV/sliding door section. Well stocked on gardening essentials. Coming from Forsyth Co., take 158 straight into Davie Co., (over the Crosby Bridge that spans the Yadkin) and it's a couple miles up the road on the right. Don't bother with the USPS mini-location that they have in the back. I have problems with them on more than one occasion.

Exceptioanal service! I went in knowing very little about what I needed, but employees Jake and Karch patiently explained the differences in all my options and helped me figure the best choice. They even offered alternative methods for my project. I got so excited i ended up getting both to try out! It's awesome having a local hardware store with people who know their stuff. Thanks y'all, I'll defiantly be back!

Went to get new chainsaw chain today from this Ace Hardware. Man behind the counter was full of attitude from the get go. It’s not my fault you obviously don’t like working here. It that what I’m paying extra for? Brought my chainsaw in and put it on the counter, and he sold me the wrong size chain. Brought chain back to get correct size and he acted as if it were MY fault. So sorry for shopping here and bothering you. I will take my business elsewhere. Beware.
