Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
Miguel came to my house to give me an estimate for stucco and told me he would email it to me. After over a month of multiple attempts to follow up with him, he stopped responding. Now that I checked his contractor's license #892021, I see that it expired in 2015. I will be looking elsewhere for stucco work.

I had an appointment with Miguel at 4pm. At 3:30pm, as I was getting ready to leave work to meet him at my house, I got a call from him saying he is at my house early. I told him that I was just leaving and was 15-20 minutes away. I got to my house at 3:50 and he was not there. Apparently, Miguel had spoken to my husband, who had come home early, about the job. My husband has only a cursory knowledge of the project and told Miguel that it would be best to wait for me to come home before leaving. Miguel did not. What a HORRIBLE experience we had using this company! I will never again hire any company associated with Miguel Romero. He has several websites & different addresses/names of his company. CSLB has the name as "RNS".
We hired him due to a good friend recommending him. Miguel came over to bid the job & was extremely nice, detailed, sympathetic to our situation (realtors & sellers lied & sold a structurally unstable home, thus an entire 3-story wall needed to be rebuilt) and we felt very comfortable with hiring him.
