Went in with my mom and my children. Was treated as if I was a thief. Followed around and couldn't just look for myself. Worried about hangers inside of the dressing room (I had to exchange 2 different size tops) ones that didn't fit were given back to the employee. My kids were treated terribly, they were being very quiet and well behaved. Just plain rude.

My roomie recently bought a brand new top and discovered a hole in it the day she wore it. So of course the tags weren't attached. But someone saw her white t-shirt underneath and said hey did you know you have a hole in your top? Long story short they wouldn't exchange it. Check your merchandise carefully when you purchase. They will not return or exchange damaged items without the tags, eventhough they sell it damaged and for full price.

Save yourself the hassle and buy them online. This store is the the epitome of why in-person retail stores are failing. The selection is marginal, especially for men.The customer service is horrible. The staff is extremely impersonal and frankly just not polite at all. Not to mention their ignorant psudo-covid no returns or exchange policy which they will be happy to tell you about after the fact. It seems that the owner spends more time defending her google reviews than managing her store and staff.

I order an expensive pair of scrub pants waited over 2 weeks to get them and when I got them home realized they are the wrong shade of blue, I went back to exchange them and I was told they don’t accept returns/exchanges. Really with a receipt and tags on they won’t let me exchange them!?!? That’s asinine!! Will not be going back!!! I guess it’s online shopping for me!!!

This place had tons of options. The lady working there was SO helpful and and friendly. She told me to just leave all my "no's" wherever in the dressing room and she would be happy to clean it up. She was so kind and was half the reason I liked the place so much. Will definitely be going there again, highly recommend!

The sales lady was very rude about any questions or concerns I had about the options of scrubs and sizes. I also was unsure about shoes, i purchased them along with a new scrub set. I decided to return the shoes in less than 20 mins. According to their return policy, there are no shoe returns, only exchange . I was unaware of this policy when I checked out. Considering how uncertain I was about buying the shoes, I feel the sales lady should have reviewed such policy instead of trying to make a sale. I made her return the scrub set and exchanged the shoes for the set. I have been here several times

Walked in and the store was empty. I heard a little voice from around the corner say, "Hello." I told her that I wasn't sure where to start and so she came out from behind the counter and we walked between the clothes racks and she gave me things to try on she thought would fit me best. We talked about what she did and I got to know her a little better, but never caught her name. Very personalized experience and I appreciated her time. Ended up buying two pairs of scrubs and will likely be back soon.
