Don't ever waist your time looking for a job with Sedona they will never call you back & they'll say your on availability . They will make you got to work & if you don't report back the will mail your Check what kind of temp agency mails your check ?! & it says you get paid every Friday. there lying about cdc guidelines so they won't be put at risk for Covid when they're suppose there for you & ready to communicate with you but instead they don't . You can go drug test & go apply but , you can't go pick a paychec how ridiculous . Makes no sense

This company is excellent. They helped me get a job within 2 weeks of submitting my resume!! Everyone in their team goes above and beyond to help you every step of the way. I received a call from a recruiter here over a month ago asking if I was still looking for work. I said I was, so I took some time off from my current job for an interview. After filling out the usual paperwork, our interview went well and she said she'd follow up with me on the status of the job. As they also needed a secondary form of ID, I emailed that as soon as I got home, to which she confirmed she got. Then...
Nothing, weeks passed and I never heard back. While I get if the job was either no longer available or what have you, a follow up would've been nice, as well as offering

My initial phone call with them went well and they asked me to forward my resume. The person who I was supposed to follow up with was on vacation, but returning the following week. Since that time, I have called 4 times and left messages for Lauren, who has not responded. If you don't have a job that is a fit, at least use common courtesy to acknowledge a candidate who has repeatedly followed up with you.

If you're looking for work, you should check this place out. I was looking for a job on my own for a little while (about a month) and I kept coming up short. I finally reached out to this agency and went in to talk with them about my career goals. I told my recruiter (Lauren) what I was looking for and she told me she had a job in mind for me based off what I wanted and my experience. She set up an interview with them and soon I will be starting with this company next week! It was so helpful to have someone who can take what you are interested in and help find you a job that matches with you

Recently new to the North County San Diego area, I researched numerous staffing agencies and found Sedona Staffing.
I've worked with another staffing agency previously so I'm pretty familiar with the process. I found Sedona to be very professional as I was contacted rather quickly, had an interview, and was placed in an assignment. Once completed, I was able to start on another assignment without any gap in between.
Excellent communication between staff and associates as I received phone calls and emails to confirm details of my assignments.
I will continue to reference anyone new

Ask for Lauren! She's very warm and professional. Going in and signing up took less then an hour, easy breezy, especially if you go in with your ids/etc. While I didn't get loads of interviews I believe it's because she's very selective about what jobs would be a good fit for you. My first interview was a bust (not her fault) but my 2nd interview I got offered the position. I start Monday. I was having trouble finding work in the area so I'm glad I had Sedona's help! ;)

Had an interview with Aubrey who works for this staffing company. Let's just say i wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for her. She's super nice and very helpful in everything from start to finish. I had the job two weeks after our first interview. Now im working for a wonderful company thanks to her! So i give this staffing company a full 5 stars!

Unfortunately, the people I encountered at Sedona Staffing were unprofessional, rude and kind of stuck up.
When they were not returning 2 calls and 3 emails I finally got ahold of my Sedona Rep Aubrey and she basically told me I was lying and she never got the messages.
When I told her the names, dates and times of the calls she got upset that I showed her lying or the office is inept...I haven't heard back since.
Today I called and was told "We only have entry-level jobs and that is probably why you haven't heard from us."
I said "Okay, what do you have?"
She answered

Everyone here is awesome!!! 4 years ago they found me a job at a private school, it was my dream job and although I had to move on I am so grateful. Now, they have found something that is beyond a dream for me. I rave about them every chance I get, so sweet, so attentive, and so professional. Ask for Aubrey, although everyone is AMAZING, but she is cery helpful and really cares about her clients. Both times I contacted them I was on an interview within a week, and had a job right after.
