Amazingly professional and courteous staff and coach chauffeurs. Well maintained, clean and modern vehicles. Bill (owner) and his office staff were always available to speak with me to answer any questions that I had and prompt with sending my confirmations back to me. Their seasoned & knowledgeable coach chauffeurs are extremely polite and made our group feel comfortable & safe, all our needs were met and they totally exceeded our expectations. We were quickly & safely dropped off & picked back up from our venue. Dana, Mo, Tommy (our chauffeurs) were unbelievable.

I made a work reservation for a coach bus for a destination that was 2.5 hours away, and was nervous because I hadn't heard of the company and a lot of people were depending on this to work. To my relief, everything worked out beautifully, from getting the initial quote, the communication with the company about the trickiness of pick up in the heart of the city, and the actual bus ride. The quote was the best I got among the ones I looked into, the staff was very responsive throughout and followed up the week before the trip, and the bus driver showed up early for both of our pick up times

I spoke with Bill about setting up transportation service for my guests from the hotel to the church. He seemed nice at first, however when it was time to book, he failed to answer my emails at all. When I called to have a contract sent to me, and asked about how to send a deposit appropriately, he seemed like he wasn't interested in my business and said he would try to send me a contract that day. His contract was vague and some information needed to be updated, like how many passengers would be allowed on the bus etc. I wrote a simple reply to update passenger count, add the addresses to
