We waited to long to call. The weather was getting colder and didn't want to start up the furnace after a summer of grinding and refinishing popcorn and swirl ceilings. They accommodated us quickly to come out and vacuum our ducts. I was surprised at the debris that was found. The 70 year old house never had the air ducts cleaned. I can feel the difference now when the furnace cycles and no sinus irritation. The pricing was fair and competitive with the other name brands advertising on the radio. I would recommend them.

I made an appointment but had to reschedule. No problem, they were polite and understanding. When the rep came on time to my home, he went through the house with me and determined that I did not need to have my air ducts cleaned. I appreciated his honesty. I would work with them again if I needed them.

We recently bought a really old house and just had the hardwood floors refinished so we assumed that we needed to have our ductwork cleaned. The person who scheduled our appointment was friendly and down to earth. The service technician arrived exactly at the hour of our appointment, and he was friendly and pleasant so much so that he even calmed down my barky dog. He said that before getting started he always does a walk-through and examines the premises. After he removed a panel from the main vent, the technician said "So tell me why exactly did you want your duct work to be cleaned?"
