I bank at the location in Carrollwood but am leaving my review here as I didn't see a Yelp listing for that location. My personal banker, Amy, is an absolute godsend. She is so helpful and makes house calls if I need it. From the day I set up my account to now she has always been only a phone call away, willing to help with documents when I need it and so many other things that you don't think about even being an option when you're used to banking with the big banks. This branch's staff are amazing. After several interactions I have come back and updated my review. The folks here are friendly and personable.
Over the last decade the property value bubble has burst in Florida, and a lot of banks became upside down with their assets to collateral ratio. Centennial Bank is taking full advantage of the FDIC bank closures around the state of Florida to expand its reach by buying up small regional banks. Based out of Arkansas its logo is a variation of the Arkansas Flag.
