Had a total hip replacement and chose this place for my PT. I had checked other places, but when I first called and asked my priority questions (i.e., can I get the same appt time for each visit AND the same therapist) I went to check them out. From the moment I walked in the door (using a cane) I felt sure that this was a facility that really cared about helping people. They are professional, knowledgeable and they really want to improve your life. Ian and Kayleigh made sure that I was doing the exercises properly so I could get the most benefit. They even made suggestions on how I could improve

I had an extremely painful frozen shoulder with zero mobility. The doctor had warned me that physical therapy was going to be torture so I was a little tentative but willing to do anything for relief. On my very first session with Ian my mobility had improved by over 70% and I had no pain during my visit. Ian really knows what he is doing. I had a total of 6 sessions and I did my homework in between. On my follow up visit the Orthopaedic doctor said that I was the fastest healing frozen shoulder he had ever seen! I give all the credit to Ian! He is experienced and professional and dedicated to

Although the treatment for a neck massage was just ok, their billing department is trying to pull a fast one or they don't know what they are doing. They didn't bill my secondary insurance company. They never sent me a bill. They are not returning my phone calls. The treatment was November 2018 and I'm just now finding out about it. They are not the first medical office that doesn't code correctly and/or bill the primary and secondary correctly.
Beware.
Beware.

I’ve had the awsome experience on three occasions to regab with Ian and his staff. Recommended by a dear friend after her bilateral total knee replacements I first sought therapy three years ago for my second total knee. Amazing rehab, and encouragement, with great results. Ian and his licensed PTA staff and massage therapists always treated me kindly with progressive therapeutic interventions. After cervical spine injury another round of therapy helped me return to my daily routine until months later i opted for cervical surgery. Now nine weeks later, thanks to Ian’s excellent and comprehensive

What an amazing Physical Therapy office! Ian is great! You can tell Ian and his staff really care about your health. You aren't just a number at Aberdeen Physical Therapy. I highly recommend this office if you need any type of physical therapy. You won't regret it! Don't waste your time going to a Physical Therapy "factory" that cares more about your money than your health. I am so glad my doctor recommended Ian!
