I was broke down at exit 47 on I-35 North bound, and they were nice enough to get a wrecker out there and tow me to a Peterbilt in Oklahoma City. They called and checked on me to make sure I was okay until the tow truck got there. Made me feel better to know someone cares. Thanks Troy for that service.

I used their road service they are fast at getting to you but charge way to much just to replace 5 inch upper radiator hose cost 333.86 that's 85 service call 63 mileage and 170 for 2 hours labor. I think the 85 service call should have included 1 hour labor just another RIP off for trucking company

Is there any way to leave less than 1 star? Seriously tho, I used them for a service call. They came, worked on truck, said it was fixed. Less than 1 block into my trip its obviously not fixed. I immediately call the mechanic and he tells me it will be another $85 service call fee and 2 hour minimum at $85 per hour. Just wow!

We were in Oklahoma to purchase a piece of equipment and stopped in Ardmore on our way back to Texas. That's when we tore up a tire and wheel on our trailer and found ourselves looking for help. B & B was recommended by one of the tire stores we called, and we can't say enough great things about this company. They called us back in 5 minutes or less to let us know they had the tire and wheel in stock, and roadside service would be on their way. Went in for AC repair tried to sell a bunch of parts I didn’t need. Replaced leveling valve on trailer crossed lines over inflated air bags had to fix myself. AC ended up being just a hose and not everything they wanted to replace that would have not fixed my problem. Will not ever go back there. Upside they were friendly, haha
