Founded in 1983. We have been preparing personal and small business tax returns at a fraction of the fees charged by most major tax preparation companies. In the early 1980s, two tax volunteers from the IRS VITA and TCE programs decided to start a tax business that would offer an alternative to the high cost of tax preparation. We have since cut back to a single office, however, we prepare nearly 2,000 tax return sets per year.
Services
Rental property income/expense-profit/Loss statement, rental property suspended loss information. Income from sales of property-original cost and cost of improvements, escrow closing statement, cancelled debt information (form 1099-C). Prior year installment sale information-forms 6252, principal and Interest collected during the year, SSN and address of payer.
