My name is Lee Shastid. My wife Valerie and I started My Electrician in 2006. We are born again Christians dedicated to the Lord and his purposes for our lives. We moved to east Texas to be closer to my parents and wanted to finish raising our children in this area. Our company and our customers have been an answer to prayer.
I have been in the Electrical trade since 1979. I began my career with the union and completed my apprenticeship in 1983. I have been a Master Electrician since 1991 and have both owned and managed electrical service companies. Valerie runs the office side of our company and has home schooled our children for 20 years.

Lee Shastid and his assistant installed recessed lighting above my garage and a ceiling fan on my back patio. I was supposed to have purchased a ceiling fan prior to their arrival but I misunderstood and thought they were bringing one with them. They had to return the next day to finish the job because of my error. I twice offered to pay more money than the original bid to compensate their time and extra trip. Lee refused my money and stated “it’s not all about the money.” They did an exceptional job and their honesty and integrity is second to none! I will always use My Electrician for any

I have used My Electrician for over 12 years and I highly recommend their services. Which includes...an entire home re-wire, updated breaker boxes, ceiling fans, outlets, outdoor lighting, fixtures etc.. They are always professional, on time, trust-worthy, and friendly. But above all, they are honest and their work is reasonably priced!
