We reached out to several surveyors for a quote on a few projects we had lined up for 2020, literally Denny was the only one that called back within a reasonable time frame, provided a great quote, he and his lovely daughter (co-worker) showed up when they said they would, provided a great service. They sent stamped plans immediately, they have to be the most professional surveyors in the area.

Mr. Litzenberger was very professional throughout the time we were working with him. We appreciated that he would call and consult with us regarding how the job was progressing and check and see if we had any questions to make sure he was addressing all of our concerns. When we did have questions, Mr. Litzenberger would take the time to make sure we were satisfied with whatever we had been discussing. When the survey was completed, he walked us around the property to show and explain what had been done. We felt completely confident that the job had been done thoroughly and there would be no questions
