I have hired Grimes twice; each time a year or more apart. They always clean well, but every other maid I’ve hired (and there have been a few) cleans my house in three hours. Grimes always takes more, time, even though I’ve talked to the maid and told her I expect three hours. Frequently I pay by the job, but Grimes charges by the hour. I believe the difference in time spent is due to the hourly charge. I won’t use them again.

They did a fantastic job of getting rid of the grime left behind by the previous tenant of my apartment. And they did it literally from top to bottom! It is a great feeling to know everything is squeaky clean from floor to ceiling! Sam and Jamie did a great job and were very conscientious, not to mention really nice! I would definitely hire this service again!
