Services
The installation of an irrigation system is a very detailed process. After you receive your free estimate and move forward with our service, a crew of experienced workers will arrive at your home on a scheduled date to complete your installation. The placement of each sprinkler will be measured accurately to allow for appropriate water coverage.

To continue from Keith's complaint, yes we did receive service from you. You came to our sub like previous years to flush out our system at end of season. I always arrange it and asked for an eta due to I wouldn't be home and needed to be sure to have someone home. While my family waited for your staff to show hours after estimated and then treat them with disrespect is not acceptable. We will never use your services and I'll never recommend you to anyone.

A simple I'm sorry I'm late would have went a long way. Instead of attitude and who told u what time We'd be here? In my entire life I've never thrown anyone off of my property. Gave me a time of 8 to 130. Showed up at 3 with attitude. After attitude I asked for his name and instead of telling me he said what's your name. In my opinion the worst service I've ever received in my entire life.

Used Leo's for 14 years. They were often late and charged more than competitors. This year they got much worse, insisting we pay them for work that was never agreed to. They claimed they replaced three heads but never showed us the parts or got us to agree to any extra work. Try Todd's or one of their rivals.

New management sent us an inflated bill (triple the normal rate) for unauthorized work. They didn’t leave the old parts to confirm they did extra work. They didn’t seek our authorization for any extra work though we were both available. They didn’t call anyone or explain there was any reason to charge more than the normal “start up” charge. The original Leo’s owners we trusted for 14 years always talked to us BEFORE doing anything extra and presented us a bill that day, not a week after the fact as the new manager did.
