At Roger's Repair Service we are a professional, state licensed contractor, specializing in swimming pool, inground spa, and water feature, repair and remodeling. I Hired Roger's Repair Service to replaster, retile, install new equipment and rewire everything. They did an excellent job, communicated well during the process.
I had used them for repairs in the past and decided to give them a chance in the refurbish process. I am very happy I used them, no complaints. We had a major leak in our fiberglass pool. Since it was a fiberglass, we had trouble finding someone that understood and was willing to work on it. Unfortunately it was an expensive repair; but based on the problem I believe the pricing was fair.

We provide various levels of diagnostic, inspection, and reporting services to meet the requirements of our clients. We base our charges on the time that is taken for the job, the complexity of the job, and the customers' requirements.
Customer requirements range from a very basic report to a complete in depth report with pictures, descriptions, and bids, for repair or replacement of equipment, structure, plaster, decks, electric panels, electronic control systems, etc.Then our regular hourly rate of $100, plus any expenses, as agreed to in advance, or on site, with the client.

Each house you show or sell that has a pool, inground spa, or waterfall/water-feature, is a structure and a system that is custom to that property. SAFETY FIRST: always follow the instructions that came with your pool or spa, that were supplied by the manufacturer or builder.
The following are "snapshots" of individual pages from several types of manuals we can produce for you. We re-piped the system to clear the clogs easily and inexpensively in the future. We provided clear, concise, easily understandable, instructions, on the job site, laminated for protection from the elements.

I called this company to fix my Hayward H 400 heater. A guy came out and promptly put a probe on the heater that caused a huge spark incompletely burnt out the fuse board. He then went on to lecture me about how Hayward is garbage and the right thing for me to do is to pay him over $4000 to buy a brand new pentair because that's what he sells. He charged me $100 for this "service".
I brought somebody else out who replaced a simple burned out fuse and The heater work like a charm!
I told Rodgers I had a Hayward before they even came over. He didn't need to come over and burn out my Hayward and

After the burnt out pool light in our 20+ year old Renaissance fiberglass pool was replaced by our 'pool service', we were losing 2.5 in of water a day out of our pool. :-( We struggled for two years trying to find someone who could help us. Recommended by Renaissance pools, Roger thoroughly checked out our pool, found the leak and our pool level has been steady every since. THANKS ROGER!!!

Critical: Professionalism
I scheduled over a week out and told them multiple times that I would not be home until after 1:30 pm. They scheduled me for 8:30 am and then wanted me to reschedule. Completely unprofessional on their part. The technician was good the first time.... But not good enough to make up for this level of incompetence.
