Excellent customer care and info, I went looking for a STIHL chainsaw, very informative and asked me questions about what I was intending to use it for, how often.... no pressure, no hassle and very patient (first new chainsaw purchase).
I know I did NOT get anywhere near the customer service or care. When I went to another STIHL dealership located in Watson Chapel, owner acted like he didn't give a damn if I bought anything or not.... never go there again.
At Stocktons, The service manager came out as soon as he was asked and answered all my questions. I appreciate that. Thank you.

We are in the middle of a power outage. I called them this morning about a generator. When their delivery didn't show up on time they loaned us one until their delivery arrives. How amazing is that?? I'm blown away by business that does everything thing they can to keep their word once it's given. Thank you guys so much. 😊😊😊😊
