Sam took time to explain about the spas and options. Delivery and install was great with Nathan and Ian. They took special effort with our wood floors since we had to take the spa through the house. Nathan went through set up and operations to make sure we understood and asked if we had any questions.

We felt well-informed to make our decision. We were delighted when they called and said our hot tub was actually in early! Nate and Scott did our install. They were super pleasant to work with and made sure we had a solid understanding of our hot tub’s operation and gave us some tips and tricks to easy hot tub maintenance. We highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a hot tub AND excellent customer service.

Omg the best experience I've ever had ! They worked with us and our budget gave knowledge the in's and outs of having a hot tub they were very precise ! I love our hot tub it's the best ! HIGHLY recommend. Very knowledgeable and helpful in picking and building the perfect spa for us! We had special delivery requirements (crane needed to lift spa over our 2 story house) and they were so helpful in helping with that too! We have had our spa since 9/2019 and enjoy it almost every day with no problems. Thank you, we LOVE it!!!!!
