We use Century Right Approach flatbeds that assist the driver to load vehicles that are lowered and eliminate the use of lumber which raises the risk of accidental damage. Our medium and heavy tows are no problem. RV's and motorhomes are no prob! For those loaded trucks we offer load delivery services if the load needs to meet a deadline should your truck fail.

Services
Our rates are in accordance with the City of Downey, City of Bell Gardens and California Highway Patrol. The towing and storage charges must be paid before the release of a vehicle. Vehicles may be towed for various reasons by several different city agencies. When calling us to inquire about your vehicle that could possibly be in our possession, please have the license plate or the ending of your VIN# available.

Car was stolen and chp used this company to remove car from embankment, I'm aware a price should be paid for a service rendered but already as a victim of crime having my vehicle stolen I'm victimized by the tow company as well being charged for services they didn't render. There needs to be a set amount to pay once your vehicle has been recovered instead of leaving it to predator tow companies to make it up and take advantage of people.

Truck was stolen and recovered by chp, they called for a truck from this company to tow my truck from an embankment after the individual who stole the truck went off the road. Victim of crime due to theft of my truck and also victimized by this company for charges of a service they did not render. Filed a complaint with chp about the situation, they charged me extra money for a truck that was not used claiming they needed two trucks, chp verified with officer on the scene that they only needed one truck and it had to be a flatbed truck. The worst towing company ever! Scammers, crooks and liars. My car was stolen and taken in here and this towing company worked with the Downey police dept. to screw me over big time. The car was held here under investigation for a month and I was assured that the cost of towing would be covered by the police but when they finally released the vehicle I was charged with a huge bill for an entire month ($2,000). After catching them both in multiple lies, it is clear to me that Titan Towing and the Downey PD are running a racket.

This place is HORRIBLE. They will do anything to charge you more.
They claimed the battery on the impounded car was dead so they could add on a fee. They also do not take responsibility for damages done to your vehicle. The supervisor was unprofessional to say the least. This company SHOULD NOT have a contract with the city of Downey. I WOULD NEVER willingly use their services.

The owner "omar", if that's his real name, should be thrown in prison to rot in there for the rest of his pathetic life.
these are scammers, crooks, highway robbers, whatever you want to name them.
the owner will tow your car for some BS reason (pretty much carjacking, or grand theft auto) but they are untouchable since they are partnered with the local PD.
they will overcharge you, threaten to upcharge you, and threaten to block your car in so it cannot leave the lot.

Titan Towing is a rip off, they work for the city of Downey parking enforcement. Yesterday i ran out of my apartment building to stop them for towing my truck. First of all we in a middle of a pandemic and this company dont have no consideration of us not working. They still charged me to take it down of the towimg bed. Seriously so disturbing,

These people DAMAGED my car! And when asked about it they didn't want to take accountability. He admitted to having camera footage and I asked them to at least look. We signed a paper before they even brought the car out and I had a chance to inspect it. They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and NASTY!!!!! The man I spoke to was mocking me saying "obviously you know more than the whole planet" no but I know exactly where my car has been and how careful I am.

Literally got stranded one block away from my house, tow guys pick up my truck, moved it about 1/2 a block said I could leave it here or take it to a shop, he left my truck parked on a red curb side, he even raised his hand to me, I told him park it where there is no red, he said NO!! I opened a service request for a tow through Mercury Insurance. The truck showed up within an hour, and the driver jump started my battery. He said my battery and alternator were both fine, which I knew already because they were both replaced a week prior. I informed him of that, and told him I am still going to tow it to my local mechanic to get to the root of the issue.

If I could give 5 NEGATIVE STARS I would. I was assigned this tow company through my Mercury roadside assistance. I received information on estimated turnaround time and called Titan Toe just to confirm that - they said it's the 90 minute window indeed and had my request and would come as soon as they could so I respectfully waited. Once it got to the 90 minute mark I texted to check on status (Mercury's said they were "on scene") and the guy I spoke to responded with this:
"Our truck is down not taking any calls.. your calls been canceled"

Very bad towing service. The driver towed my car with a small pulling truck, turned on my car signals while pulling my car draining my car battery. When l asked to request for the signals off, the driver give in a bad attitude and refuse to, saying if l don’t like it then get off the truck. The driver was very rude and driving without wearing his seatbelt.

Towed my car from a quiet residential street where it was parked in front of my own home! Claims to be open 24/7. LIARS. When I arrived, their real hours were posted outside and they are closed all of Saturday and all of Sunday. So they illegally tow cars and they’re closed so you can’t even get your car back. Disgusting.
