My practice is focused on helping each of my clients find an understanding of self as well as personal growth. I believe in the freedom and hope associated with each client giving a voice to their story; owning and embracing all the parts to live an authentic life. My desire is to inspire confidence through the therapeutic relationship, and I find it a privilege to enter into the painful parts of life with my clients.

I am passionate about helping my clients rebuild broken relationships which includes supporting boundary setting and building self-confidence, while striving towards holding a humble attitude. I value taking an emotion focused, attachment based, narrative therapy approach in my clinical work.
Services
In individual counseling, I work collaboratively with those suffering from a variety of different issues, including but not limited to the following: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, unresolved trauma, the effects of physical, emotional or sexual abuse, codependency, stress related problems, anger management, relationship conflicts, as well as everyday life adjustments.
The frequency of therapy sessions varies depending on your particular needs and desires, but we typically meet weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minute sessions. Initially, it may be difficult to predict the duration of how many sessions will be needed, so we will collaboratively discuss from session to session what the next steps are and how often therapy sessions will occur.
Office hours are from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday. If you need to contact the clinician for any reason please call, leave a voicemail, and a return call will be made within 24 hours or as soon as possible. If either you or someone else is in danger of being harmed, dial 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
As your therapist, I am bound by law to protect your confidentiality at all costs. This is crucial to building trust in the therapeutic relationship. The only limitations to complete confidentiality would be the following: 1) Threats, plans, or attempts to harm oneself, 2) threats, plans or attempts to harm someone else 3) abuse and/or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult.

Paige is the most amazing counselor! Sadly, I’m one of those people who wait until the las minute to reach out for help, but each time I visit with Paige she always seems to know what to say to help with my situation. Let’s face it. Life can be hard, and sometimes we need wisdom! I am now a firm believer in seeking wise counsel when we feel like we need extra advice—it’s the healthiest thing a person can do! If I could rate her 10 stars, I would. She’s that amazing. I think what I love most is that she can speak the truth I need to hear to break fee from my fears, but in a caring way

Paige Fant has been my therapist for over two years and I know others who have seen her for just as long. For 15 years, I searched for a therapist who could be just as tough on me as she was caring with little luck; until I met Paige. I found her in a time when drugs and alcohol had taken over completely but she has helped me in every other aspect of my life as well. My relationships are stronger, I don’t feel alone anymore and my past trauma is left in the past. She showed me solution after solution when I felt there was no way out. I don’t know where I would be today without her guidance

I've seen Paige for the last ~8 months, and she's by far the best therapist I've ever worked with. Would definitely recommend her to anyone suffering from grief & loss, trauma, or substance abuse.

It has been just over a year and a half since I started seeing Paige and I cannot recommend her enough. She has well exceeded every expectation I've had. I have seen many other therapists in the past and even the ones I thought were exceptional have been completely overshadowed by Paige. The dedication she has to her clients and practice is extraordinary. Plenty of therapists are happy enough to bring you in, do what is expected of them, and send you on your way. Paige, on the other hand, will go far beyond the usual responsibilities of someone in her field to ensure that her clients receive the

I have known Paige Fant, LCSW for several years as a fellow clinical social worker. Through our consultations, Paige has demonstrated exceptional insight into the therapeutic process and knows how to identify strengths of her clients, while also working through the challenges they face. Her knowledge of attachment-based therapy allows her to develop a supportive relationship with her clients that allows them to feel safe to work on the areas of their choice. Given Paige's expertise in both attachment-based and experiential therapies, I have invited Paige as a guest speaker to my graduate level
