Smitty's did a great job on my repair. They kept me notified through emails or texts about the progress and then they completed the repair 3 days earlier than anticipated. My car was returned clean and spotless. Very impressed and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The team at Smitty's really went above and beyond and made what was already a stressful process, so much easier for me. From the first time I called, Jennifer was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They were able to get me in the next business day (after I had already waited a month at another shop and then been rescheduled again). They began work on my car immediately. I had some insurance problems and Chris did an excellent job of talking me through everything, and making sure I left a satisfied customer. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. Very poor service, DON'T KNOW HOW TO LISTEN!!
Kenny just took it upon himself to go take pictures of my whole car, I only needed a estimate only on bumper and hood. I didn't ask for a whole car to be restored.
VERY EXPENSIVE!!! PARTS DOESN'T COST THAT MUCH, THEY ARE DEFINITELY MAKING MONEY. RIPPING PPL OFF!!

Smitty's helped me during a very stressful time. Never have been in an accident until I avoid hitting a deer and hit other things instead. They were amazing at taking care of everything. They worked closely with my insurance company and kept me up to date with the repairs and timeline of when the car would be ready. They made a very stressful situation easier to handle. So on April 2 we dropped off my Skyline to get the rocker panel 3m tape replaced. The staff of the shop damaged my bumper while driving the car. The staff did not tell Bob the manager so we discovered the damage during the walk around inspection. Bob assured us he will repair and correct this issue. Its is now May 10 and the car has been in Smittys collission possession to get the bumper repaired and repainted. This shop has my vehicle longer than me since purchasing this car. Im now having conversations with layers to get compesation to what Im going thru due to their staffs negligence. Still

This was my first experience with dealing with a collision shop, so, after several recommendations from my neighbors. I took my car to Smitty’s to get my bumper repaired after a minor accident. They did an excellent job!! My overall experience from start to finish was top notch! Robert was extremely helpful through the whole process. Arlene was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. Thank Smitty’s for doing such an amazing job on my vehicle!!! Would highly recommend!!
