The entire staff was amazing! Dr. B was extremely helpful and informative, super friendly as well! Jon took his time with my mom showing her many options to find the right glasses. He is a huge asset! I highly recommend Spectacles to anyone needing glasses as well as someone with macular issues! You won’t be disappointed!

We were visiting our daughter from Germany and swung by Spectacles to pick up a pair of glasses for her. Jon was very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. He took it upon himself, with great care and empathy, to adjust and clean our glasses without being asked. What a stark difference between the lack of customer service we are used to. I was here with my friend while she was picking out new frames for her glasses. The service was exceptional however we witnessed the doctor berating the woman helping us. She was doing a wonderful job, very knowledgeable in assisting my friend pick out what she wanted. I have never seen a business owner treat his employees in this manner especially in front of customers. It makes me wonder how he treats them behind closed doors.

My husband and I just dropped in and were very impressed with the selection of frames for both men and women. We ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses each. In the process we met Jon who has given us exceptional service. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. After receiving our glasses his follow up was amazing. As it turns out, my husband was not completely satisfied with the comfort of one of the pairs of glasses and Jon insisted on replacing them with a different, more comfortable frame at no cost. I have needed my lenses replaced on both pairs of my glasses, due to me dropping and scratching

Dr Birenbaum is a fantastic eye doctor. He explains his tests thoroughly so you understand how and why everything is needed for your exam. He’s been doing this for a while and really knows his stuff. Further, he has an incredible selection of designer frames that you don’t see most places : Tom Ford, Oliver Peoples, etc. Mina was very helpful in explaining the frames.

Dr. Robert Birenbaum and his staff are amazing! Mina provided me with such special care and professionalism when choosing my glasses. She arranged for me to see Dr. Birenbaum regarding a prescription check up before ordering my new lenses. Truly the BEST thing that could of happened to me. Nadine took very very well care of me! Found exactly what I wanted and made the process so easy going. Buying glasses is not an easy process and when you have such a great salesperson guiding you through it makes a world of a difference. The customer service here is phenomenal, have never felt so welcoming until I met these beautiful amazing people.
