We were purchasing a home and during the inspection a very expensive structural issue was discovered. The seller agreed to fix and hire a licensed contractor for the repairs.
6 Days before closing the seller's contractor performs the repairs. I arrive at the job site 90 minutes after scheduled start to review the progress and no one is at the site. To my surprised, there are a few cosmetic repairs to hide the damage and other locations no work was even performed.
I took pictures, a video and contacted my agent to ask what's going on. Late that evening I'm informed the seller and
