When booking an appointment for service, our expert technicians will arrive to your home and give a complete written estimate. This will include parts and the labor required in a flat rate estimate. We are often also able to provide you with Life Expectancy and Periodic Maintenance that may be required.
What a GREAT repair experience! Rob was here on time, knew exactly what to do and was finished replacing my icemaker in record time. He also adjusted the door that I'd previously been told would need parts. Rob's a true repair man instead of just a parts changer. Thanks, Rob! I'll call the next time I have an appliance failure!

We called this company because our go to appliance repair man was out of town. Had them come look at our icemaker in the refrigerator as it stopped working. We had bought a replacement icemaker and it wouldn't work either so we called them. They charged us $97 to come out and tell us a part on the replacement icemaker was faulty and we should return it. Told us if that doesn't work to give them a call back. I have called and left them 2 messages last week. I tried contacting them from their website and have also sent an email to the technician who came out in the first place. No reply from any

Marathon came out to our house last week to repair our refrigerators ice system. When the technician left the refrigerator was still not functioning correctly. I have called Every day with no response. I am not sure I would use them again.I will follow up on the situation and see if their responsd. Stay tuned

Our secondary old refrigerator was overheating. Rob came the next day (because I told him same day wasn’t necessary since it wasn’t our kitchen fridge), diagnosed the issue, ordered the part needed, was upfront about pricing and diagnosing any other problem we might have had (which we did not), and had very fair pricing. Would use him again in a heartbeat! Saved us $1200 on a new refrigerator! 5 stars!

Marathon did an excellent job in repairing my refrigerator that quit on me suddenly. The technician came out the same day that I called and quickly assessed the problem. He ordered parts immediately and returned a few days later to perform the work and get me up and running again.
The technician was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and really nice. I also know that he was honest because my brother has his license in refrigeration repair back east and I consulted with my brother about the work and costs.

I will never use another appliance repair company! I have used Marathon on several occasions and have only had positive experiences. They are quick to respond to service requests and give you honest evaluations and make repairs in a timely manner! I highly recommend Marathon Appliance!
