Welcome to Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda! Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda began in 1974 when Bill and Doris Pearce bought the Honda dealership from the Waldren family. Since that time we have grown from one dealership with two franchises to two dealership facilities, Bill Pearce Motors and Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda.

Additionally, we operate a freestanding body shop, Bill Pearce Body Shop. Upon the passing of Bill Pearce in 1998, the Company has been owned and operated by Sandy (Pearce) Raffealli. My husband and I have been working with Russell at Honda with our last couple cars now and NEVER leave unhappy. We always make sure to refer our friends and family to him and he's always a phone call or even a text away, with any questions we may have and always gets us the best deals. In speaking with Russell, I let him know what my budget was and what I thought I could afford. I made my 1 1/2 hour drive and to my AMAZEMENT, Russell had gone above and beyond to get me a car that was beyond my expectations! Russell and everyone at Bill Pearce Honda was amazing! They made my car buying experience fast and hassle free! I couldn’t believe I was dealing with such professionalism! This company wasn’t about trying to sell you something you couldn’t afford and making you feel uncomfortable! it was quite the opposite! I would recommend Bill Pearce Honda to anyone who is looking

ROBERT IS AWESOME!! Not only was he highly educated and responsive but he didn't have that high pressure sales tactics some dealers have. He was extremely patient with me and my many questions and changes. I highly suggest going to visit him if you are in the market for a new Honda:)

My sister is elderly,she brings in about 900$ a month,her husband brings in 700$.The car she bought yesterday was priced alot above blue book.with a high interest.My sister is the only one on the contract. Her son lives 800 miles away from her,he told the truth about this dealership and the manager wouldn't even talk to my sister.She was sobbing on my shoulder. If the manager likes it or not what he did to my sister was in my point of view was EVIL.How is she going to pay rent and all the other bills when she has a car payment like that ? If a person is elderly they need to stay clear from this

I would like to give a shout out to Jose in parts. I was having multiple issues finding what I needed for my 2014 Accord. I spoke with Jose and he found the right parts, got them very quickly, and delivered with exceptional service. He was knowledgeable on what I was looking for as well. Not to mention he was extremely friendly through the whole process, and he has amazing customer service skills. I'm very happy with my whole transaction with him.

I recently came in to have my Accord's oil changed. When I pulled into the area where we drop off our cars, no one came out to greet me. I told the service writer, Armando, that I was going out for lunch while my car was being serviced. He never called to let me know my car was finished, he didn't let me know at the time of check-in that my car was due for a larger service, and only because Betty was there to check to see if my car was done, I knew that I needed new tires. Betty checked me out and let me know about the needed service and tires, and she scheduled me to bring my car in for the other

Just got a new Honda HR-V from Russell and it was the best customer experience I have ever had buying a car. Russell was knowledgeable, friendly, and even after I got the car he still answered some questions I had! Could not have had a better experience!

Russell was professional to work with and made the purchase process simple and anxiety free. I greatly appreciate being treated like a person and not just a sales number to extract every possible dollar of profit. Other dealers I visited during this car search seem to want to take advantage of limited availability during the pandemic. Russell gave me a good deal right out of the gate while others wanted huge markups. In the end I got a better trim package for a lower price, lower APR, lower monthly payment, and shorter term financing.

This has been my dealership for years, they always take care of me for purchasing a car or when I need a service.
When purchasing they gave me a better interest rate than originally quoted and are extremely helpful and nice.
Couldn't ask for a better experience when it comes to service, when my last car had issues they gave me a loaner when my insurance stopped paying for a rental.

Every time I call Honda specifically this dealership they never have any availability for weeks on end. I called them today because I'm leaving the state and I need to get my car Road ready and they don't have any appointments. It seems really inconvenient I have to work around Honda schedule especially since they shorten their hours due to Covid and now It takes months to be seen sometimes. If I would've known how poor the customer service is at this Honda dealership I would've never purchased my car there. There's no support from Honda at any point during the time that

I was in the market for a new minivan (two under two). I contacted Russell at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda and told him what I was looking for. He listened to my requests and needs and did not try to oversell me a car I did not need. Since, I was purchasing the van from California, Russell completed all of the necessary documents via online. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received at this dealership. I had just started my search for a new car for my dad while visiting him in Reno. I did my research prior to our visit and we narrowed it down between the Honda HRV and Subaru Crosstrek. We planned to stop by Honda than Subaru.

I bought a 3 year extended warranty so I must go to a Honda service department, I was beyond that 3500 miles from my Apple Hill run so I lucked out and they got me in on an 8am appointment! The woman that schedules explained that it could be 2-3 hours wait but there is a courtesy shuttle!

I arrived at 750am and was greeted by a nice gentleman that covered my steering wheel and payed all plastic on seat and flooring, I was confident that it would be in good hands! I worked with Jenn and from start to finish she was just wonderful to work with. She was fast, responsive, professional and honest. I've bought and sold a good handful of cars over the years and I can honestly say I never had such a smooth transaction. Highly recommend working with her.

The dealership itself is beautiful and so clean. They go the extra mile to ensure that everything is disinfected and everyone has a comfortable experience. The short amount of time that I was waiting, several people checked on me to make sure I didn't need anything.
