Action Dancewear is an active wear boutique conveniently located on historic Main Street in Oshkosh Wisconsin. They furnish apparel, accessories and shoes to dancers, skaters, gymnasts, fitness and workout enthusiasts. After successfully operating on popular University Avenue in Madison Wisconsin for over three years, Action Dancewear relocated to its current Oshkosh location in the spring of 1997.

I was a little confused because when I arrived at Action Dancewear, I thought it was Frugal Fashion because they are both in the same store. The saleswoman said that she deals more with the Frugal Fashion things but that she could help with the dance shoes and tights that I needed to buy for my daughter. I needed these items last minute and she was able to help me find the perfect size. I was pleasantly surprised that they were decently priced.

I went in with a costume emergency and I cannot say enough about how helpful they were. The lady there spent an hour with me going through catalogs, calling costume companies and showing me what they had in stock. Although what I ended up buying needed to be returned (we found something that worked a bit more perfectly), I will definitely go back!

Horrible customer service! I was promised an item that I ordered on 10/21 would be shipped out on Monday 10/26 via overnight FedEx. I just was told that my item missed the last pickup yesterday and it was sent out today-10/28. The tracking number provided still shows no record. I called Fedex and they told me to contact the sender. I was also promised that Kathy at Action Dancewear would call me back at 4pm Central time. I still haven't received that phone call. She did email me a picture of the shipping label but that does me no good since there is no record. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
