Perry serves as Chief Executive Officer responsible for banking, bonding, legal, and accounting functions. Son of Wm. P. Cloud, Perry grew up around the construction industry. He served several years as Vice President prior to becoming President in 1999.
Perry is active in community affairs, currently serving on the Board of Directors of Temple Industrial Foundation, the Board of Directors of Temple Business League, and the Extraco Banks Temple Regional Advisory Council.Perry formerly served as Mayor Pro-Tem for the City of Temple. Bill has been associated with Cloud Construction Co., Inc. since 1954 and served as President from 1961 to 1999.
