As a holistic nutritionist I help women prepare their bodies for pregnancy, increase energy levels, get their periods back and on track, lose weight, eat healthier and maintain a balanced mood with my 1-on-1 personalized nutrition and group programs.
I create personalized nutrition and wellness programs for women. I have helped women lose weight, create hormonal balance to help with PMS, fertility and menopause and have supported many women experiencing thyroid issues. The women I have supported not only gain health and wellness guidance but also feel empowered, beautiful and confident in their bodies.

I met Katie at a workshop she hosted in Manhattan Beach. At the time, I had no idea that this woman would completely change the course of my life. I worked one-on-one with Katie for about 8 months with the intent to balance some hormonal issues I had been dealing with.
