This is my second outstanding experience with Lanier HVAC. A couple of years ago my main HVAC system suddenly stopped cooling and we just had a similar situation with our heat pump. In both instances, we were offered various alternatives to replacement, weighed the risks, and installed new systems. Their prices are very fair and their technicians are both courteous and reliable. They are the HVAC company that I call now.

We had Lanier do an emergency air-conditioning service for us. We had just brought home a newborn and our house was over 80°. The technician showed up with a 90 minutes and within 15 minutes had our cooling back up and running. He clearly explained the issue to us and gave us some easy preventive maintenance tips to prevent the same issue in the future. Great experience and highly recommended.
