JD Metalworks is ready for your whole custom metal fabrication project, from CNC machining to assembly. Our Clare, Michigan facility has specialized work cells that can handle parts from one to fifteen thousand pounds, and up to forty feet long. These work cells are equipped with overhead cranes to easily handle even the largest fabrications.
We have four HAAS vertical machines, a horizontal machining center, two lathes, a planer mill, a Bridgeport, a threading machine, and three rack mills. Perhaps your manufacturing line would be more efficient if you could just customize one part. Or your product would run smoother if its angles had more precise edges.
Capable of weldments up to 50 feet, we use the latest welding technology for consistent quality - from one piece to large quantities. Industrial welding, high-end aluminum welding, and GTAW welding of specialty alloys are all part of our welding shop's routine workflow. Our AWS Certified Welders and Certified Welder Inspectors ensure consistent quality.
