In case of rescheduling or cancellation you must call Tom Fooleries Tattoo 24 hours in advance. However, rescheduling may only be done once without loss of initial deposit. We are aware that some circumstances may occur, in which case deposit will be returned with a 20.00 fee. Cancellation of appointment will result in a 20.00 cancellation fee.

I wanted a lower back tattoo to go with my upper back fairy wings. I wanted a baby dragon curled up in a tribal "nest". Amy did an absolutely fabulous job taking my comments and example pictures to create something new and personal. Finished the dragon last night and couldn't be happier. Additionally, compared to the artist who did my fairy wings her touch was incredibly light. Night and day difference in pain levels.
Shop was clean, everyone was very professional and Amy absolutely knocked it out of the park.

Pretty traumatizing experience for a friend of mine and seemed like the tattoo artist/ piercer was clueless, as well as unapologetic when he made an error on a piercing. No recommendation and an experience not worth remembering.
We entered a little after 5 PM. We sat and waited for a single staff member to complete a tattoo. The customer experience seems really casual, but I figured it was just an in/ out type of place and the notebooks on the counter have artistic drawings with some decent shading. 10May I got my first Tattoo, Amy is my artist, there is more work to be done.. I have branded in the past, after searching shops, this is were I landed and the experience was welcoming even though I was nervous and the cost was reasonable. My Wife was paying...26 years with an outstanding women I want all to know it..the rest of this work will be done later, Amy wants to be sure my skin takes and it is doing well..

I must say, finally (mostly) finished my piece last night. Alex is by far the best artist I have had. His work is amazing and his hands are amazingly steady. He does not have a heavy hand which as you know can make a tattoo really miserable.
Their staff is completely nice and outgoing, their business is the cleanest I have see, and their prices are the best I have had. All around this place is absolutely the best tattoo shop/artist/staff I have visited. Alex is pretty much appointment only which to me shows that he is outstanding. You will likely wait a month or so before getting booked. Plenty

Tom Fooleries has to be the best tattoo shop in the southwest, the shop itself is very professional and clean. Everything they use is new and always sanitary. Best of all is their staff, once you walk in the door you are warmly welcomed by Peter, he will consult with you and tell you everything that you need to know. Tony is an extremely talented and professional artist who will always put his best into all of the artwork he does. If you're looking for a new tattoo there's no question that Tom Fooleries is the best tattoo shop in El Paso.

Excellent customer service, and great work from the moment you walk in. Peter at the front desk is very knowledgeable and explains everything throughly. I was a little nervous, but was quickly put at ease once Tony (the cool Korean guy) started my procedure. His equipment was clean and sterilized. Needles are new and never reused. The staff are so professional which is rare in El Paso. I would highly recommend this Tattoo Parlor to anyone in the market for a new tattoo, you won't be disappointed. THANKS to Tony and staff for making experience very pleasant.

GREAT service, and amazing piercers. I got my eyebrow pierced here and not only did it come out great, but they gave me some advice on cleaning it, and its been over a month and no infection. They even offered to change it for me if i didnt want to do it. (also gave me some tips to keep my other piercings clean, and offered to change them also) AMAZING people and very very clean! I highly advise you to go here if you are getting pierced. Also, you cant beat the prices!!! tip well ;)
