Had an incident with the driver of truck 219 just a few min ago blocking me from continuing to load my flatbed trailer with a Moffett just to open his swing doors to bump dock when there was 3 total docks to choose that would not interfere with my job. Asked hi. To move and was very hateful tried to call his company and let them know just how professional he was and they keep hanging up every time it connects

1) Tania M don’t reply customer email.
2) When you call customer services they have couple of them that are rude.
3) Drivers never call prior to delivery, the reason is if they dropped it without signature they don’t have to take care of any lost or damaged.
4) Summer time they bring my frozen pallet with non-refrigerated unit and my fishes were all went bad.
