Waiting two weeks for installation. Ken shows up, looks at the project (remove blind hang drapes) which he was fully informed about, lies to my face and says “I have to get something from my car,” never returns. This is how they treat the elderly and the disabled. Also don’t be fooled by low estimate. Ken “forgot” to price taking down the blinds. I had no problem paying more for that. But, I hope Ken never has a serious disease and becomes dependent on the truth and integrity of others, because karma isn’t going to be kind to him.

I could not be happier with Lucas Draperies! Mr. Ken Tiesenga went above and beyond! Ken came to install my pirouette. He was quick, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He really took the time to explain to me how my new pirouette works with the remote control. I would highly recommend Lucas Draperies and would have Ken install all of my future my window treatments.
