Two stars for the ER department personnel that worked hard trying to figure out what was going on with me.needkess to say it was late Sunday evening after test and more test. So I was admitted. After I got put in a room, things slowly start to change. Turn over and turnover on the different shifts. I was having problems getting my meds. Each new nurse in charge over me either didn't want to give me medicine, especially pain medicine or would not get it to me on time, causing me to miss doses. Apparently it is some skin off of someone else a$$ for them to have to do there job and bring you your

They overcharged my insurance which overcharged me they tried to beat me out of $1500 on medical bills and my insurance caught them. On top of that they don’t even provide good service I was the missed diagnosed seven times. I finally went to Vanderbilt and got better treatment. Don’t waste your money here go to a better hospital if you care about your health and your pocketbook after I almost died because of these people.

I am a stroke survivor and was treated for stroke. My whole life I have been afraid of a hospital but I am no longer afraid. Very few times I have given five stars for anything however this place is the exception. The nursing staff is extremely caring and courteous and know what the hell they're doing. My doctor AC Carter I'm lucky I met. This is a smaller facility in Tompkinsville Kentucky what more can I say. You are in good hands here

Multiple times I have been to the front desk and the nurses station only to find them sitting there on their phones!!!! Not paying any attention to anything. Are you serious?!?!? The doctor, a Dr Michael's, doesn't deserve to be treating anyone with his rude judgmental attitude. I have never had a good experience here. The locals call it the bandaid station.
