We are open and able to see clients via Telemedicine appointments on a case by case basis. Cancellation Policy: If you are more than 10 minute late to a 30 minute appointment, or more than 15 minutes late to an hour appointment you may not be seen and this will be considered a missed appointment (please refer to your policy agreement for further details regarding missed appointments).
If you miss 3 or more appointments in a 6 month time period or 5 appointments in a year, without a 24 hour notice, your file may be closed.

Services
At this time I accept First Choice, Pacific Source, MODA, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurances. Additionally, I can provide you with documents needed to submit for reimbursement as an out of network provider. I can also accept HSA and FSA cards. A fee schedule can be provided upon request, but appointments can vary from $100 to $400 depending on the type and length of appointment.
As a provider, I am able to extend a discount on supplements that I recommend as part of a treatment plan. The following partner sites will allow you to receive discounts on the majority of supplements that I typically recommend to my clients. Fullscript is an online dispensary platform designed by Natural Partners Inc. to provide Patients and their Practitioners with access to the industry's largest catalog of professional-grade supplements.

Kate is probably the best in her field in Bend Oregon. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with countless providers and Kate is one of the most genuinely compassionate, committed, and knowledgeable I have had the privilege to collaborate with. She always makes time to consult and collaborate, and she is very prompt with follow up. Her holistic lens offers the kind of attention that every person deserves. Kate coppedge ruined my life because of her ignorance. she took me cold turkey off benzodiazepines, i nearly had a seizure twice, spent two weeks in bed not sleeping, eating, or barely living. i have since developed permanent nerve damage and she turned me away when i tried to call back to get help. thank you for ruining my life.
