Our specialty is water heaters! A nice hot shower in the morning or a hot soaking bath can be the best feeling in the world but a cold shower is the WORST. At Performance Plumbing we specialize in water heaters so we can have you in a hot bubble bath in no time. If you live in a house long enough, at some point, you'll have to replace your water heater.

Generally, water heating accounts for about 18-20% of a home's utilities costs. There are several decisions that need to be made when purchasing a new water heater and our technicians can help you decide. At Performance Plumbing, our technicians are licensed professionals. They can diagnose your problem and most water heaters can be repaired or replaced in one day.
Services
Our specialty is water heaters! Traditional or often called tank storage water heaters are water heaters that store water in a tank (usually 40-50 gallons). They heat the water to a predetermined temperature and then maintain that temperature. Water is replaced in the tank as it is used, and then needs to be heated.
A tank water heater is less expensive to purchase, but a tankless is more efficient thereby saving money over time. A tankless water heater does not have a storage tank. It heats water directly. When you turn on your hot water faucet, cold water will travel through a pipe into the unit. Either a gas burner or an electric element heats the water as it passes through a heat exchanger.

Hired them to do a simple sewer clog... Was draining but slow... 2 days later total disaster in bathroom and line completely clogged... Charged 150 first day saying it was fixed... When it wasn't refused to come back til next day and actually made it far worse resulting in having to hire another company to now excavate the line and cost thousands... after completely clogging it tried to charge 400 dollars the second day when they were actually returning to repair the damage from the prior day... Left greasy handprints on the walls as well... No integrity, inability to perform the job they are hired

Totally over charged for the work completed! $385 to hook up a sink, period. There was no garbage disposal just two sink strainers and a plastic pvc! Ridiculous! Took advantage of the owner not being there. That's not honest or ethical. Homeowners beware!
