Juanita's House Cleaning was founded by Juanita Umana in the late 1980's. She was joined by her son, Sergio Umana, who had always been part of the business, but came on board full time in 2014. We wanted to schedule a regular cleaning service with S & J. This required us to do first a deep cleaning visit. I was surprised by the unprofessionalism for their very first deep clean visit. The first visit cost us 9+ man-hours @45$/hour for a typical moderate-sized house. In the end, there were many surfaces left dusty, countertops not wiped clean. Things were left disorganized (e.g. our Japanese floor seating mattress on top of the couch, dustbin on top of a desk in the kids room, and other stuff left in a disarray). We used S and J Cleaning to clean our large building during a temporary project that we were doing in Ypsilanti, MI. Sergio was very professional and accommodating to our needs, along with very flexible with our schedule. Every one of the people on his cleaning crew was very friendly and they did an amazing job every single time. I would highly recommend them.
