Our family has been a customer with Mike and Town Car Transportation almost since the company's inception. We have never had a bad experience! Your flight into Logan delayed? Your driver will still be there. You need to leave at 3:00 am? Your driver will be there to pick you up. The customer service is impeccable as are their fleet.

I'd like to thank Town Car Transportation for seamlessly transporting our daughter in elegance in their fabulous limousine from our home to Wequassett Resort on her wedding day! Their driver, George patiently waited for us to solve a dress emergency , and then treated her like a princess from departure to arrival at the venue. Thank you TCT!!!

Do not use this company. Absolutely no business sense, poor management and non-existent customer service. Booked a car w TCT, notified them WELL in advance that my flight from London would be delayed and that is was unlikely I'd make it to PVD in time. As expected, this came to be, but - even though he KNEW well in advance that I was not going to make the flight due to circumstances beyond my control, he sent the driver anyway and charged me full rate ($276). Several requests for a refund have gone unanswered so now TCT gets the pleasure of dealing with my credit card company and our corporate

Terrible service. When asked for a quote he gave me a per hour quote and did not state there is a minimum hour requirement that would be charged either way. This was not disclosed via email when asking for a quote, his website or on the transportation agreement form. On top of that - they were late for our scheduled pickup!!
